Unlike another I8 "fan" I know, Wilmo doesn't care and will play whomever is in front of them, regardless of class size, multiplier, non-boundary, private, whatever. Class act all the way.

IC running clock
Interesting as I have heard a lot of grumbling from that way this week about the open enrollment disadvantage..
They didnt clock Mac, Wilmo is better than Mac....
IC prep just has too much speed and weapons on the edge. Gonna be tough sledding for wilmington to come back unless they break some big runs and force TOs.
Lol I am not, i was just trying to make an objective observation. Im pulling for IC prep.Whining about private schools again?

IC beat StLaurence who's in the 6A semifinals, this team doesn't belong in 3a IMHO but that's where the IHSA put them so congrats to the Knights.
That is probably true. I wasn't there but Wilmington is not used to getting completely taken apart like that. Probably not easy for the majority of fans to digest. Good luck to IC. I'd expect 2 more very easy wins and a title. They can't handle a beating thats what. The stands in elmhurst are only on one side, so the visiting fans are also behind the home team bench. I was listening to it on the radio, and you can hear some not choice words being said.
I've been to a few wilmington games, and when they are plowing other teams all things are great. But when they are on the losing end, it isn't pretty.
It's a one year run. His name is Jordan Rowell. IC won't be this good next year.
Eh, I'm from Wilmington.
Mixed feelings for sure. On one hand it would have been so sweet to beat those guys. On the other hand, you are completely out matched physically at just about every position...simply too much to handle.

All private school powers knocked out early of did not make the playoffs this year. No need to even bring this up this year.
He's a gamer.Weaver from Wilmington is a complete stud....ran hard and broke tackles. One of the best rbs in the state at any level. Wilmington fans love the game and their kids. High school football at its best tonight in Elmhurst.
