It's crazy how unpredictable the weather can be out there on the California coast. It's 82 at Pebble Beach today, but Thursday - Sunday the highest forecast temperature is 62. Gonna be British Open-type conditions this year at the U.S. Open.

If you can afford the $2-4 million dollar house, I am guessing you can join a pretty nice club as well. When I was in Carmel, several of the locals told me that Seventeen Mile Drive and the houses on the beaches are often times second homes. I mean GD, who has that kind of jack? How many people can there be with $100M laying around?
If you are on 17 mile drive you are a made man for sure. That's the world's elites out there, not just America's elites.

82 is abnormal. I have been out there twice and the 50 low/60 high was the temo both times. 82 is more San Diego temp for the Pacific coast.

Tru dat. When I hit the Powerball (and it is not a question of "if", I am on a collision course with hitting it), that may be the first neighborhood I kick some tires in.

Zero question that my first stop would be Vegas with a planeload of buddies. I'd likely be found in a ditch with a rubber band around my arm, but we would light the place up before that.

The weather is going to be spectacular. Sunny and highs around 61-65 all four days. I wish I could be there.

I’m a huge Brooks fan, but I’m not sure he even makes the cut. The course does not set up well for him.

I expect a Kuchar, Dufner, Na, Spieth type player to win.

I like the fact that Woods is a friend of DT and a Republican.

He’s also become somewhat humble.

He used to be an arrogant prick that was impossible for me to root for.

He still is...just hides it better. Tigers don't change their stripes...pun intended.

I’m going on Saturday! So pumped.

First tournament. Hopefully Tiger makes the cut.
Planning on following him around and maybe watching holes 7, 8, and 18.

As was discussed has been way hot in the Bay Area last few days. But supposed to be back to normal this weekend.

My DraftKings lineup is set:
Tiger Woods
Patrick Cantlay
Webb Simpson
Brandt Snedeker
Jimmy Walker
Chez Reavie

Lots of good iron and short game play in this mix.

I like DJ this week. He does so well at Pebble I think he gets it done this week.

Because I’m dumb, I put $1 on JB at 220-1 odds to win lol.

I see JB at 400-1

Phil has some good course history, but, he's not been so hot since the Ryder Cup.
Snedeker another with some success at PB
For a major winner Reed at 100-1 seems decent with US Open and PB success.

Better be able to keep it in the fairways...

I am giddy about the tourney this week. Usually only get this way about the Masters, something about Pebble Beach though.

Damn, Kiz. 4 foot easy birdie putt, turned into a 4 putt double. Ouch.
