If we had a playoff. Instead, only two matter. Thank goodness the BCS protects the value of the regular season in college football. If Auburn and Oregon both lose, get ready for a TCU vs Stanford national championship game. Neither one of them play, they just have to root for two teams to lose.
But for ***** and giggles... here's the first round of the 16 team playoff I proposed earlier:
FIU/Troy @ Auburn
UCF @ Oregon
N.Ill @ TCU
WV/UConn @ Stanford
VaTech @ Wisconsin
Boise @ Ohio St.
LSU @ Arkansas Rematch!! Just the way the seeds fell.
Oklahoma @ Michigan St.
potential second round of...
Auburn vs Mich. St.
Oregon vs. Arkansas
TCU vs Ohio St.
Stanford vs Wisconsin
As it stands, I will enjoy two post season games. Whatever bowl MSU is in, and the BCS game if it's Auburn and Oregon.
