What? We were already in the tournament. That loss, may or may not effect our seed line. Luckily, we did our jobs at Bud Walton. But let's not pretend that wasn't a crappy loss.
I'm just going to LIKE all your posts and use that as my default response to all threads from here on out this season, my friend.
Damn well said in every.single.response.
couldn't have said it better myself.
But I will add that at this point :
(and please, everyone, pardon my runt rant, yet again......)
I'm just going to try to enjoy the journey no matter what happens, take it all with a grain of salt. I'm on the flip side of surviving a brain tumor neigh on 26 years now, still fighting the good fight with the residual tumor left over, not going down without fighting till the bitter end. I'm also STILL LITERALLY STANDING and WALKING after being in a wheelchair for over 7 years from a terrible accident breaking my back.
And I got OUT of it almost 5 years ago, thank you Jesus my savior !
Doctors literally telling me ....
#1 I'll never walk again ? PFFFT
#2 It's a miracle I can walk again ? hahahahaha
YES, miracles can and do happen. My life is chock full of them.
So why not a miracle ending for OUR BBN and Kentucky Basketball, making a miraculous comeback on a otherwise downer season from the heady expectations at the start of yet another journey ??? It would be an epic pleasure, and I could even poke fun at myself for being such a downer !
Hell, I'm all in no matter what. No matter if Cal stays coach even though I got tired of him a LONG time ago and have since mellowed on him.
and why?
Because many things are more important than a GAME
But I'll never throw in the towel for Kentucky basketball, that I have followed and loved for my entire 54 years of life on this mortal plane of existence.
And will until the day I die.
Go Big Blue 'till death, baby !
