Someone please explain why Kenny Hill who is 6th national in passing (with minimal rushing yards) and starting this year as a sophomore (had only 183 yards as a freshmen in limited play) is so highly ranked among Heisman candidates??? Conner Halliday of Washington State has passed for 1900 yards in 4 games on 228 attempts and is not even in the listing.

Probably the Kenny Hill hype because of the SC game and Halliday, probably because Washington State is 1-3 and not considered a strong team.
