I do have a problem with the fouls called on Battier on the wrong end of the court. Those were ridiculous.
He said he had them lined up wrong. Even so, Mayo did a good job of getting a hand in his face. Good defense, better shot. Neal just went Shan Foster.
I'm not too worried. The Forum will be even more rowdy than Game 3 and 4 Friday night. I think the team will bounce back nicely.

Unfortunately, it cost them the game.
No way in hell any Grizz defender should have been inside the arc. All it did was create an opportunity for the Spurs to run picks. I don't even know if I have anyone guarding the ball. Let Allen read the offense and commit to the first guy coming out, then it's simple man to man, switching on screens outside the arc, and pushing them even further back. It was just a really bad defense to be running and it was kind of shocking to see since Hollins has been spot on most every time so far.
