If you have any Georgia friends, casually refer to Georgia tech as being the state’s flagship after that win. They don’t seem to care for that

Nah....it's gonna be bad enough as it is losing by 40-60 pts. No need to get their fans riled up and urging Smart to run it up on us to 70-80. Getting beat bad is one thang. Getting embarrassed and making national headlines because of the one-sided crooked numbers is quite another.
I was curious, so I went back and looked at the number of times Mississippi State has finished DFL since 1992 expansion.
3 times (‘03, ‘06, ‘08) in 32 seasons. And haven’t finished DFL in 16 years.

The latter two of those don't count because we were doing things the right way, as told to us by numerous opposing head coaches.
So you think Lebby will be worse than Arnett and similar to Croom? Why is that?
I guess I'm a cynic after all.
I'm hoping for the best, but the last several football seasons have squoze most of the enthusiasm out of me.
