I would let Graveman start the inning, but if the lead off guy reaches, pull him. If he can give us a complete game, let him. His pitch count is still fairly low

I though surely he would be pulled after the second base hit, but still glad he came back strong. He's damn stubborn on the mound and when he's got his stuff, he's almost unhittable.
