Last season they raised concession prices. This season they raised ticket prices. I know a lot of people who did renewal their season tickets, but they are still going up to tailgate. I guess the next natural step will be to make you purchases tickets to tailgate.

In the few months leading up to football season I usually YouTube highlights or watch full games from seasons in the glory years of Mullen and even as far back as JS to get me pumped. This year it’s going to be tough to pull up games where MSU football was competent, knowing the dumpster fire that could take place this year.

This year is the first year of zero excitement in forever. Going into to 2023 I actually had some hope in Arnett. Last year I had convinced my self that Lebby would be decent too. Even year two under Morehead had more hope than this. Really feels like Croom era was the last time it felt this bad. How are you supposed to enjoy the thought of MSU football when you know what’s coming?

I want to eat so much crow on this post at the end of the season btw.

Theses coaches added 65 new players this year. If they schitt the bed there are no excuses about previous coaches not recruiting right yada yada. Lebby has chosen all these dudes. It's a tough schedule but it always is. Sad to say I would be stoked if they won 6 games. And surprised also.

100% agree. I enjoy some good banter. However, some people here go to the extreme. One of the aspects of SPS that I really appreciate is that if I have an OT question, someone here can usually help. However, some people feel the need to sh it on everything. For example I have asked if anyone has ever used off brand nespresso pods and I get answers like anything that isn't Flogers is crap or I asked if anyone has ever treated crape myrtles for black scale and I get crape myrtles are sh it and should be cut down. That's great that you think that, but what does that have to do with what I'm asking?

I'm actually kind of excited. I'm anxious to see if they have made any improvements or if its more of the same. I mean it's the coaches second season and what did we really expect last year ? Seems like he realizes a lot of changes needed to be made. Hopefully they will look like the beginnings of a real team. But obviously we have about a 97% sad sack fan base so there is that. Positivity is unheard of. Surely it can't be any worse that last years garbage
