but I believe both had already been in trouble with the law. I believe Jackson had already been arrested for stealing a 46" tv, stand, and dvd player from a classroom last year. Both players were expected to contribute quite a bit and Jackson was listed as a starter at LB.
...Jackson had already gone Cam Newton on some merchandize before this colorful escapade transpired.

...on another board, either Rivals or Scout, someone posted something to the affect, that an influential alumni of the Rebels asked Nutt at their Pascagoula meeting, "why do we have to recruit such thugs?" Why do TSUN followers wonder why the bottom fell out last year? Isn't it clear?
The problem is the fanbase is completelydelusional. It should be very clear, but they do not see that side of the spectrum. They slap hands and jump up and down when they bring in a good recruiting class, but they don't understand their coach does not have any control over their players. Maybe all of this comes down to Oxford being such a party town? I mean you all never "lose a party". Right? Bottom line the players are thugs and do not respect their coaching staff. That is why I thought it was so funny when the Ole Miss fans loved making a big deal of our basketball teamthuggery, because it is worse in their football program.Bulldog Backer said:
