That was so awesome after Skippy tried getting thier crowd jacked up by walking through the stands. It was sit down and shut up time. Any chance they thought they had was gone.
I was at that game. My best friend, who I still hang with today, was a pilot and he flew a rich guy around in his private jet to all the games. Rich guy got sick 2 days prior to the game and he told my buddy he was still welcome to go to the game and invite whoever he wanted, tickets were already paid for, hotel rooms, etc. So he got to invite me. I literally flew to the game in a private jet, free everything, including dinner the night before, and we flew home right after game ended. 1:45 total flight time, maybe a little less, and I remember flying over all the cars leaving on the interstate thinking "SUCKERS"!!! It was awesome.
