why did you let our home SEC opener against the Auburn Cam Newtons get moved to Thursday night? I guess Bulldog Bash won't be that weekend.

Should be a little cooler for the guys on the field. Will put me home late and make Friday at work harder since it will be well past my Old Guy bedtime by the time we drive back to Meridian. There probably will be no tailgating possible for us on a Thursday which is a drag.

However, if we take the game as our first SEC win, none of those things will matter one bit. Being 2 and 0 late on a Thursday night would make the drive down 45 extra nice.

to always, I mean ALWAYS , take the home underdog on a Thursday night game. There is a really crazy stat out there thats supports this.. I like our chances! Byrne's ninja like behavior knew of this stat as well, therefore suckered Auburn into the playing this game to keep the Thursday curse alive.

Your post got me thinking about that, b/c I usually take the home team and the points if an underdog. Its broken up b/c that's the way the website had it and I didn't feel like devoting any brain power to summing them up.
