I've taken all the info that I've heard recently about State's 2012 Unis and put together these 3 possibilities (minus the Bellard Clown Suit):

Strickland should demand these designs from Adidas and let you get a little designers fee. U should work for Adidas. Solid work.

1) the Mississippi State Banner on the front.... it's a banner! Remove it on the front.
2) I like our current helmets. I don't like a stripe on our helmets.

Keep up the great design ideas. I hope the concept that someone showed with stripes on the shoulder pads is not real... hope it is just a smoke screen.

that our agreement with A&M (through Adidas) was that they get the white face mask and we stick with the maroon one. Seems fair if accurate.

/By the way...
//Awesome stuff as usual

The schools worked in concert with Adidas to make uni tweeks as to not get confused with each other.</p>

Which means while both schools are adidas and have the colors, their styles will be different enough. That's good-- I halfway expect some idiot to make a comment about the Texas A&M Bulldogs.

If true, that is dumb! Maroon facemasks look stupid.

We're a charter member of the Sec and now we let the new guy have uniform options because of Adidas. I 17'n hate Adidas!!
They make the ugliest athletic apparel and fan apparel. Their designs are a joke! And now because of our contractual obligations with them, they decide who gets what in regards to uniforms/colors/combos.

And here's why: It's visual. You'll know that is a Mississippi State ball-carrier even on the quickest of clips. State/AM is one of the closest resembling teams in the country and now, not only are they in our conference, but in our division. That's why I've added all the stripes in my ideal uniform concepts. Because I think it's ideal to be able to see a noticeable difference between the two. There's not much you can do with maroon and white. But there is a lot you can do with maroon/white/gray/black. That's what I've attempted to show y'all; that State CAN look sharp and State CAN keep up with attractive powerhouses.

when the new unis for all sports came out, I was pissed that the womens team got that logo instead of the mens. It did'nt make sense to me.

The one in the avatar is by far the best uniform I've seen done on here. I'd like to see that one broken out

Been wanting that for a while. It just makes sense with all the gray accents we use. and yes, gray is one of our 3 official colors (now). Pantone 428C

The banner logo is awful. It's fine on a letter or on signage, but on athletic uniforms, it's atrocious. If you can show me one legitimate program who has ever used something like that on a uniform, please do so, because I can't remember ever seeing one.<div>
</div><div>For one, it is huge, but it's also far too corporate. It's not unique at all, looks like Clip Art. The main components of an athletic uniform, especially football, should be the colors, any stripes, numbers and helmet logo. Our helmet logo, while not fantastic, is fine. Introducing a gigantic chest logo that fits better on a memo is a terrible, terrible idea.</div>
