These look pretty horrible. Did you put these together at the mall kiosk?

Since we're on this topic, do any of y'all ever actually buy apparel like this for a single event? My step brother and I were talking about it as we passed by stand after stand of Liberty Bowl paraphernalia, and we were both saying that we couldn't ever imagine wearing any of that stuff, much less paying those high prices for it. There must be money in it, though, because you see it everywhere.

They had these Liberty Bowl coins in a box that they were asking $25. At the end of the game, the alcohol was effectively working and I told the guy I would give him $10 for one which he surprisingly accepted. Now let me add to this I am in the military and have a collection of coins. I figured it would make a nice addition to the collection. The next day I was looking at it and decided I was very happy with the purchase. I kind of wish I had one for all of the bowl games I have attended.

They were also selling the MSU Liberty Bowl Champ shirts. As I said, the alcohol was effectively working and I tried my damnedest to get him to sell me a Rice Liberty Bowl Champs shirt for some fun. He refused and I said I would just get one from the kid in Mexico.

Not quite the reaction you were going for, I'd wager.

The only event related shirts I've ever bought are basketball SEC champs (04), tournament champs (02 & 09), and liberty bowl shirts under Croom. The liberty bowl thing was more my wife's idea.

I'll never buy an egg bowl "champion" shirt and have no plans to ever buy another bowl shirt except maybe for my kids.

I did buy a CWS shirt and have worn the **** out of it. I would not however buy or wear an Egg Bowl shirt... I did buy a Gator Bowl shirt in 2010.

yep. stuff like CWS, or conf champs or better only.

would probably buy a bowl shirt if it was a BCS bowl. but we'd have to win it and it say champions on it. same for SEC champsionship. would have to win game to buy it

I thought the "Wallacing" stuff was snicker-worthy to an extent, but putting it on a t-shirt is just a little too much. I'm not a big fan of stuff like this because it's just something that can/will be thrown back in our faces somehow in the future.

Thanks for the support guys....Hail State!
I sold a couple hundred of them at the Liberty Bowl...If you don't like it cool. I did it more to piss off Ole Miss fans than anything, but if you want to take offense to it, have at it.
I'm not making anything on these, printing up T-shirts isn't as cheap as it was. I have them listed as 25 bucks, but as you can see, there is also an option to Make an Offer.

You got ripped off if you had to pay $25 a shirt to have those made.

I actually did see a guy at the Liberty Bowl wearing a #Wallacing shirt that didn't look terrible. It was essentially a white silhouette of Wallace and the lost ball on a maroon shirt with #Wallacing below it. Simple, yet effective.

If you buy a MSU shirt that says something about Ole Miss, you are an idiot. Period.

I guess I mistakingly posted this on the most serious blog in the history of mankind.....These are meant to be funny, jab at Ole Miss a bit, and that's it. I guess you all forget the T-shirts that were made after the 45-0 drubbing they gave us....so lighten up a bit, and remember, we're all on the same team....Hail State!

So your shirt is a response to a shirt that an Ole Miss fan made 5 years ago?****

Yeah, that's exactly what I meant...It's in response to delusional Ole Miss fans who thought they would win at least 10 games this year and possibly be in the SEC championship...I'm starting to question the make-up of the State fan base...particularly on this site.

Certainly you have all the necessary clearances from the licensing office at MSU and Ole Miss to use the logos, pictures and player names, correct?
