Interesting first weekend. We play Cincinnati Fri-Sat-Sun, and Miami Sat. Cincy plays Miami Fri. Miami shows TBA on Sunday in Starkville on their schedule.

Overall, a pretty good schedule for us. Hopefully Arizona won't suck this year like they did last year. We play a LOT of games at Dudy Noble. 24-game homestand to open the season and only 2 true non-conference road games.

Cannot be worse than 21-3 after that opening stretch to host, barring an incredible run in conference play. Are we agreed that's the mark to hit?

Not much room for error in the non con. 5 SWAC games? Thats awful. Al am won 8 games in 12 and 13. They jumped to 21 last yr with a new coach so hopefully thats a trend

Cincy was 22-31 last year with a 163 rpi

San diego should be a solid opponent

I'm assuming the 3 Thrs nt SEC games are for TV? I hate those for selfish reasons because it takes away a Sunday game I would normally get to go to, Thrs nt no can do because of work on Thrs aft and Fri a.m. plus wouldn't attendance be better on sunday for walk up tickets, concessions, etc? I guess you gotta feed the new network...
