Also said there will be more kids going to the G league due to rising money and 2 way contracts. That means High school kids will have a real decision to make between G league and NCAA. NBA type money to develop in the G league for a couple years or college.

Yes they will be able to very soon. Instead of just a few NBAGL teams every team is going to have a team/farm team like MLB. The Wizards became the 27th team yesterday to buy a new farm team so there are only a couple teams left to get a farm team.
