2018 Salem All-State Players

I just realized that the 2018 Class 4 All-State teams did not have a single Salem Spartan on them - not the 1st Team nor the 2nd Team. That’s kind of shocking, and it got me thinking about when was the last season that Salem did not have at least one 1st or 2nd Team All-State Player.

Can Mike or one of the Salem faithful look into that and provide the answer?

I looked back through records still online. I could find Salem players dating back to the 2012 year. I couldn't find any records from before that time frame. The 2011 squad was 8-4 & the 2010 squad was 7-4. If I had to guess I would say possibly one of those years? If not then maybe 2002 when Salem was 5-5.
