OMFG, Phillies down 3-0 after top half of first. Nola gives up a three run gopher ball. This team will be out of it by Memorial Day the way things are going.

You can feel this team getting stronger. Come May, the Phillies are going to be the team we saw at the end of last year.

Today's game is on Peacock at 12:05 PM. Guess I'll be listening to Scott and Larry.

Wheeler’s wheels coming off on the 4th. He can’t throw a stroke, sheesh

Suarez is about 10 days away. Harper not next but after this the following week.

Bohm and Stott are legitmate all stars. Turner obviously. Marsh looks like he will make a push. The #1 prospect ranking was for a reason. Castellanos is not far off.

Alvarado turned into a top 5 reliever in baseball. Can't believe he is only 27. Also I think Sosa needs to remain a huge fixture going forward.

Interesting article on K Long and Stott. K Long switched up his swing deep in counts to be no stride. Harper has two stances including a no stride as well. Stott wanted to have a stride for more power production but Long made him stop at end of spring. Might explain his good start.

He worked a lot with Marsh as well and that seems to be paying off early as well.

Magician.

If you look at film of DiMaggio, you’ll see that he would step directly into his footprint.

Nice win. Great to start a road trip with a win at the defending World Series Champ's home.

They are finding their groove with the pitching starting to wake up and the pen shutting the door night after night following a rough start. If they can tread water and be .500 or better until the big guy returns, then the fun can start.

Had no idea Turner strikes out so much. He's on pace to finish in the top 10 for K's by hitters. Wouldn't be so bad if he could mix in a few hits.

So the Phils play a night game in Houston that probably sees them get on the plane about midnight and then fly to LA. Probably get in the hotel at 3 or 4 in the morning. Then they come out flat against the Doyers.

These Sunday night games are really tough for the visiting team - especially if they have to continue on the road.

Hopefully they can win at least one in LA and finish this trip 3 - 3.
