A team like this is why I didn’t get (besides $$$) Mike Sullivan going with the Rangers so soon. Why not wait and see if there is a closer team that becomes available that he might might be to help get on top?

Well that was a little different. As to limiting the negative of the outcome for the Oilers, it only counts as one no matter the goal differential/dominated.
They took the Panthers to 7 games last year and won game 1 this series, so it’s not like they can’t beat them.
There’s no what if to dwell on, so flush it and come back like in the first two games.

All true, but I wonder if it’s in Edmonton’s heads now. They lost to Florida last year and were just thoroughly beaten in Game 3.
That is certainly possible. How this turns out will start solidifying the legacy for this Edmonton group.
Haven’t had a repeat loser in the finals since the Bruins in ‘78.

Granted, the refs missed a high-sticking penalty on Florida on the third goal, but still, Edmonton is just getting beaten. The Oilers continue to commit penalties, and Florida is making plays.

I came close to going last night. Glad I saved the $$$ and my time. FLA has been so good in the 2nd period - until last night. It's like they took a collective nap.
If you had a rooting interest in FLA winning was a good game to miss, but if you were neutral (or EDM fan) it would have been great.
