I think we all struggled a bit this week. Madison failed to cover by one. Fairfax shot themselves in the foot in the first two minutes of the game (for those taking the underdog) and probably should have covered, if not won, without those mistakes. Centreville wins a one score game with a first quarter pick six. Robinson, who looked extremely challenged offensively in the Westfield scrimmage and the Gainesville game, found their offense. Yorktown and West Springfield played an OT game and I am not convinced they are equals. 1-3 Lightridge loses three close games against three teams with a combined record of 11-1 going into this week and gets handled by Langley. It is what it is - high school football.
