Florida is a very pesty team to beat. I’m sad they beat my Bruins. I say they win it all in game five.

A rink 200’ x 85’ is too small for such large NHL players.

The sport has become boring

Final: Edmonton 5, Florida 3

A crazy 3rd period. Florida put all kinds of pressure on Skinner, but McDavid iced it with an empty-net goal.

Florida leads the series, 3 games to 2.

Game 6 on Friday in Edmonton.

Ridiculous that the Cup still hasn’t been given out.
I’m too lazy to look it up, but it seems like this may be the latest date for the Cup final so far. It seems like early June used to be the end of the finals not too long ago.

Every pro sport’s season goes way too long, with CFB getting there now as well. It is what it is.

Not sure what happened in this series but man oh man did Edmonton turn it around. It seems like Florida can’t bully Edmonton like they did the Rangers.

After seeing the replay deny Florida a goal, I had bad flashbacks of Bobby Nystrom's offside goal in game 6, ending the 1980 Cup final.

Bob is stellar until he mentally gets broken. Edmonton has broken him. At this point, a reverse sweep is very likely.

I originally thought Florida in 5. They are so solid on defense. When you add that they have a HUGE edge in goaltending, it's no surprise that they're up 3-0. Last night, the latter was in evidence. When Skinner botched that play behind the net and Tarasenko scored, it felt like it was over. On the other side, Bobrovsky was brilliant again. Florida is just better than Edmonton.
As I'd written. :)
