Got it. Appreciate it!
They are only doing the 1st two rounds of the best of three right now so any weights that need the 3rd match will be live tonight.

Not quite correct. They only did the second matches in those weights where the USA is not yet qualified for the Olympics.

Correct, everyone that wins tonight will be an Olympian (because the best of 3 went 2-0 in the morning session, if they split it would be different, but good for TV.). The others still have some work to do to become an Olympian.

In Carter's interview he didn't come out and say he would attack someone's knee. At the same time, he says he would look to dominate and score points. I don't know him but it comes off a bit as disingenuous. Burrough's comments weren't that big a deal IMO but he's awful as an announcer. DC too and I love DC in MMA broadcasts. Calf kicks are the biggest thing in MMA right now and, when someone gets that leg compromised, they're going to keep at it. That's the nature of combat sports. The reality is that wrestling is often a sport where you are doing everything you can within the rules to inflict pain on your opponent to make them do something they don't want to do. It's why it is such an amazing sport and the competitors get so much respect.

The complete list, in order, of matches.

7th match is Kyle Snyder - Isaac Trumble
10th match is Nolf - Kyle Dake
13th match is DT - AB

There are 15 matches for sure. Beyond that, it depends on how many weight competitions go to a Round 3 match

So he has to finish at least third…out of how many guys?

impossible to say, at this time. Registration is still open. And, some countries have not yet completed their trials, and if they haven't qualified the weight, then their trials winner will likely head to Istanbul for the Last Chance Qualifier.

At 57 Kg (where Spencer Lee is in the same situation as Zain), 32 countries have registered a wrestler as of today. I presume it's similar for Zain's weight class.

Snyder win’s! We’re gonna have 4 out of 6 representing NLWC in the Olympics for the USA.
