If Iowa defeats Vandy or even loses in a close one, that should put to rest that the middle of the SEC is soooo much better than the middle of the B1G.

Not really.

Interesting how so many PS fans have become conference honks. That is usually left to fans of teams like South Carolina or Rutgers. Guess that is what happens when you are relegated to the kids table.

This is why I'm picking and kind of rooting for Georgia for the whole thing. They're the only ones who may be good enough to take down OSU, IU or Oregon. If Penn State can't win it, damn sure don't want them winning it either.

Meh.....10 years ago I would have agreed completely, but with opt outs now being the norm, the teams on the field in bowl games bear little resemblance to the team that played the regular season.

I think I read Illinois had 2 opt outs, Tennessee 11.

What does that game look like with both teams at full strength? Who knows.....
