For the sports bettors, under the point total in the first half has been killing it. Especially in early games, snoozer games, games with significant opt-outs (esp offense).
Do you know of any websites that have the historical data for the 2025-2026 CFB bowl season? I'd be interested in learning the win % and point differential (actual vs pre-game) for the 1st Half Over / (Under).

killersports.com but good luck figuring out how to query. It's not easy. Don't know if they track 1st half spreads.

What a shame Vandy isn't in the College football playoffs. They dominated an 8-4 Iowa Hawkeye team. Oh wait they didn't they sucked. Such a joke they thought they deserved to be In
So you would’ve preferred a lopsided rematch between Tulane and Ole Miss or a rent a victim game between JMU and Oregon instead of Vandy, which went 10-2 in the SEC, and it’s Heisman Trophy finalist in one of those games?

His mom enrolled him in a class to learn how to speak Canadian.
Are there any normal-guy football players out here any more? I mean people like Cefalo, Bruce Clark, Poz, Urschel, Art Monk, Darrell Green, Jim Lachey? Just professionals proud to do their job the right way, don’t seek anything beyond that?

Green may have been a proud professional but I have little respect for him after he came to speak at my school in 2003.

Sorry but the outcome of a bowl game doesn't mean anything when it comes to "who was deserving" of a playoff bid
In 2016, we lost to USC in the Rose Bowl but we were still more deserving of a playoff bid than Washington (some would say Ohio State too)

Guys like Butkus and Lambert kept that garbage at bay in their times.

Anyone see the underwood fumble called a TD?
I think it was clearly a fumble and should have been overturned.
I disagree. The ball touched the pylon prior to coming loose. The replay showed that, the announcer saw it that way and so did the official.

Underwood did seem to lose control as he was reaching the ball to hit the pylon. But there wasn't a camera view (at least shown on TV) right at the goal line, and the call on the field was a TD. So, it's difficult to establish if the ball crossed the plane before Underwood lost control.

So if you're a Texas fan, you're certain it was a fumble, and if you're a Mich. fan you're certain it was a TD. And if you're not a fan of either (I'm rooting for the meteor in this game), you think it might have been a fumble, but you're not really certain whether it was a fumble or a TD.
