The barely 18 year old kid who is second in all of college hockey in points per game is a “net detriment”. Lord Jesus - what are we doing here? Now you sound as dumb as BCS

McKenna is something else.
Maybe he's a detriment to nets. As in wearing them the eff out.The barely 18 year old kid who is second in all of college hockey in points per game is a “net detriment”. Lord Jesus - what are we doing here?
Huge detriment. So much so he leads the team in points and is in top 5 in college hockey.Maybe he's a detriment to nets. As in wearing them the eff out.
Are you the lady behind us yelling “shoot” when Penn State is in the defensive zone? If so, that explains your hockey knowledge. The goalie isn’t the problem tonight.
Penn State partied hard after the Friday blowout hence the slow legs.
Gadowsky is an idiot. Year after year his team’s play really stupid hockey.
McKenna with the winner but I think he’s been a net detriment.
How did we get saddled with this bum? We need to give him a one way ticket back to WhitehorseHuge detriment. So much so he leads the team in points and is in top 5 in college hockey.
MMA perhaps?McKenna isn’t cut out for hockey. He should save himself the heartache and find another profession.

Thank you for the analysis, Scotty Bowman! They won't get the goaltending that they need, especially when the two goalies play in front of a terrible defense. The two goalies aren't that good, but the defense that plays in front of them is beyond awful. It also doesn't help when they often have to face constant breakways when their own team is on the power play.
Talk to me when they play MSU or Michigan in the Big 10 playoffs, they’re 1-4-3 against them this season. It’s good that they’ll probably be a third seed, but that’s probably their ceiling. Okay, Toe Blake.Thank you for the analysis, Scotty Bowman!
Scotty “ice chewing” Bowman wouldn’t tolerate his team not playing defense. Gay loathes large defensive oriented playersThank you for the analysis, Scotty Bowman!
Technically as a 2 or 3 seed in a region, they are not expected to make it out of the region.Scotty “ice chewing” Bowman wouldn’t tolerate his team not playing defense. Gay loathes large defensive oriented players
Gay Gadowsky = James Franklin
Penn State will make the tourney but lose sooner than they should.
Mark it down.
USCHO's latest on NCAA bracketology -- a good read:
I am not a fan of Guy’s style. But he is committed to it and he is much better than Franklin im getting results.Scotty “ice chewing” Bowman wouldn’t tolerate his team not playing defense. Gay loathes large defensive oriented players

Thank you!!!Gophers 4 Michigan 2. You're welcome!
Okay, maybe it doesn't help you much, but I'd like to pretend.

Definitely need to take care of biz. That Mich loss made our NPI dip some. Providence right behind us. Anything other than 2 W’s vs ND will drop us at least one spot. And like you said, B1G 2 seed is there for the taking now. Will be tough to win next 4 though.much appreciated!
When we played the weekend series against the Gophers earlier this season, I remembering thinking that they would likely be a challenge later in the season, as they were a young, but very talented, roster. I would not have picked them to defeat the E. E., but we certainly thank you for that.
How did that happen? Non B1G officiating crewGophers 4 Michigan 2. You're welcome!

Crossing my fingers we get Worcester region. I am 20 mins door to door to DCU Center.Beating BC in Sioux Falls is doable.
Beating NoDak in Sioux Falls is a tall order.
Still plenty of hockey to play. Western is hosting NoDak for a pair to end their NCHC regular season.
PSU really needs to get healthy and take care of business vs the Domers. Sweeping Bucky after, then at least reaching the B1G final and WMU getting swept by NoDak and losing early in the NCHC playoffs could still yield a one seed. (Not likely, I freely admit.)
All that said, it remains most important (and most likely) to stay in the 3-6 seed range. That, IMO, offers a path to Vegas without going through our B1G brethren. Of course, beating one of them on their ice in the B1G semis would go a very long way toward ensuring that outcome. (And possibly open the door for PSU to lead the Albany region.)
As far as the tournament, it’s early. But the NCAA has to be fairly happy with the regionals and how they are setting up, attendance wise. Denver in Loveland and NoDak in Sioux Falls will fill up those arenas easily. Having any combo of Providence /BC/Dartmouth/Quinni/Uconn/Bentley spread around Albany and Worcester will help. I also wouldn’t be shocked if PSU managed to stay in one of those regions given PSU fans propensity to travel well. Ultimately, a lot remains left to shake out. Should be an interesting couple of weeks. Getting healthy and not losing any more forwards remains the most important thing for the Nittany Lions.
