Really like what I’m seeing from McKenna now. Awesome comeback that turned into a dominant win against a higher ranked conference foe.
I was raised by my uncle, and he imparted many, many kernels of wisdom. A few would apply to you this evening. The first is that when you are wrong, and in this case massively wrong, you need to take your medicine/punishment like a man.
I wonder if Guy showed your post to the team at the first intermission. At least then you could take some credit. But, seriously, you only show up to denigrate them. At least own when you are wrong.
I grew up watching hockey in the 70s and 80s and that 2nd goal from McKenna looks like Mike Bossy, but from the left side. What a quick, deadly wrist shot

We will regret that we didn’t save some of the superfluous goals for games in the future. This concerns me greatlyScoring seven unanswered goals versus #5 on the road is no way to play hockey.

In any case, I was looking at the box score and how did we get a 2 minute team penalty on the bench to start the game? Did we really start with Wiscy on a PP at the drop of the puck?

I missed first minute, but I believe players we put on ice to start did not match submitted starting lineup
On a completely different note, what was up with the announcers? Was it a Badger student broadcast? My wife was listening to the highlights posted above and even she was saying they were terrible, like hockey was their second language?
