Watching 49ers v Panthers I am convinced the Eagles run game issues stem from their blocking schemes. 49ers are a zone blocking team they are coming off the ball as a group with no leakage. The Eagles have evolved into a man, gap scheme and if there is 1 leak the play is blown up

Updated Bryce Huff sack tracker:

Week 1: 0 sacks
Week 2: 1 sack
Week 3: 1 sack
Week 4: 0 sacks
Week 5: 1 sack
Week 6: 0 sacks
Week 7: 1 sack
Week 8: 0 sacks (didn't play due to the hamstring injury)
Week 9: 0 sacks (didn't play due to the hamstring injury)
Week 10: 0 sacks (played 34 snaps, so he looks to be over the hamstring issue)
Week 11: 0 sacks

So the Niners have 6 games left (and a bye) for Huff to get 4 more sacks.

Now Bryce is starting to tick me off. :(

Week 1: 0 sacks
Week 2: 1 sack
Week 3: 1 sack
Week 4: 0 sacks
Week 5: 1 sack
Week 6: 0 sacks
Week 7: 1 sack
Week 8: 0 sacks (didn't play due to the hamstring injury)
Week 9: 0 sacks (didn't play due to the hamstring injury)
Week 10: 0 sacks (played 34 snaps, so he looks to be over the hamstring issue)
Week 11: 0 sacks
Week 12: 0 sacks

So the Niners have 5 games left (and a bye) for Huff to get 4 more sacks.

How many points will the Eagles need to win? I’m saying Bears will get 24-28.

With the secondary banged up, there are some question marks. Still, that's a lot of points. So far this season, not many teams have scored 24-28 points against the Birds:

Cowboys (G1) - 20
Chiefs - 17
Rams - 26
Buccaneers - 25
Broncos - 21
Giants (G1) - 34
Vikings - 22
Giants (G2) - 20
Packers - 7
Lions - 9
Cowboys (G2) - 24

So in 11 games, only 4 teams have scored 24 or more points against the Birds. 24 seems like a high number to me, but I'm curious what @Grant Green thinks about this.

If you just go straight point spread math (Phi-7, O/U 44), the inferred average final score would be Phi - 25.5, Chi - 18.5.
So, if you trust the betting market to get it right in the long run, 24-28 points would be a bit of a deviation.

Mukaba on IR seems like a no brainer. Signing Covey might be due to questions about Gipson's injury, or due to questions about his fielding punts or KOs that he should let go into the endzone.

About time for Covey I don’t know why it took so long
