Ugh, top of the 5th, Fightins get guys on 2nd & 3rd with no out. Schwarber with a long at-bat, but he struck out on a nice pitch (fastball, just outside the zone, that he couldn't take with 2 strikes), then Harper pops out to short right field on the 1st pitch. Then Marsh gets a strike on him because he wasn't addressing the pitcher in time (seemed weak), then he took the next pitch for a strike, and then struck out on a slider (I think) that was low and outside. How do you not score a run there when your 2, 3, and 4 hitters are at the plate?

After blowing a bunch of opportunities to tack on more runs, JT goes yard for a solo HR against Kershaw in the top of the 8th.



4-1, Fightins, with runners on 2nd & 3rd, and 1 out.

And Turner with a single, to make it 6-1.

I rarely watch any of the network pre/post game shows. I saw some of the TBS postgame last night and never realized Jimmy Rollins was in their studio. Dude does an excellent job.
