I’d agree with him. You’d figure a platoon would come in CF and that Max would be in left and see LHP sink or swim. They are trying to figure it out and it has made me think that adding Crawford only makes it more muddled.
Personally, I think a roster move for Crawford might involve a move with Max or Marsh as well.

Curious how important the ground ball/fly ball ratio thing is.

14 k's in 8 innings. The bullpen isn't the only issue. Can we just fast forward to the trade deadline? That will define this season.

Trades won’t fix this team. But shoring up the bullpen at least gives them a chance.

Their all-or-nothing lineup is what it is. You’re dancing with that devil in October. Just hope they get hot and stay hot.

It’s what happens when Dombrowski insists on bargain bin shopping for bullpen arms.

Dave is the reason this team has little chance come October.
He’s a rather strange individual who somehow manages to end up exiting situations smelling like a rose and moving on to better things.

I suppose some people truly are more gifted than others. 🤷🏼‍♂️

2nd & 3rd, nobody out ...

- Casty strikes out
- Kepler with a pop to short left, so Schwarber can't score on a tag-up
- JT with a grounder to short

No runs scored by the Fightins. smh

2-1, Fightins, heading to the bottom of 8th

Does the Fightins' bullpen have the ability to get 6 outs, without giving up a run?

Kerkering gets 3 outs in the 8th.

Strahm flirts with disaster, but gets 3 with Braves on 1st & 3rd, with 2 out

Ring It!!!

Fightins win, 2-1, and win the series, 2-1
