Get Kepler off of this team. DFA his a**! Shoot him
to the moon on an exploding Space X rocket! I’ve seen enough. And Luzardo ain’t it either!

Angels threw a bullpen game and won, Phillies wasted A great night at the plate for Harper, and another terrible outing by our relievers. How do you come out of the pen and walk the first batter? Worst bullpen in MLB! Clean house!!

Wow, this team is shite! Run themselves out of a big first inning and then Tai”gone” Walker keeps giving gopher balls and hits. He is washed as is the pitching staff except for Wheeler,
Suarez, and Sanchez. Let’s not even talk about the hitting (or lack of).

They’re in for a tough second half, I think. The starting rotation may regress to the mean some (Luzardo certainly) unless Nola comes back healthy and right and I just don’t see better run production or bullpen performance barring a huge trade shake-up.

Grand Salami Schwarbomb!! Let’s hope the pitching holds up to the end!
You buried them after the first inning. Lol. You’re like my buddy that wanted Charlie fired after 2007. When he brings up the 2008 WS, I tell him he doesn’t get to celebrate it because he wanted Charlie fired before it happened.

Man, you could feel that GS coming. Announcers foreshadowed it. I hope they bring him back.
They can’t afford to let him walk. Without Schwarber, where’s the power in 2026? It will exacerbate the issue of having a low-contact, high-K lineup with mediocre power.

And if Schwarber does walk, then the lineup is a full rebuild.

They are starting off fine again today!🙄Kepler in the lineup? Not a serious team.

Again, as a long suffering Pirates fan at heart, I’ll trade you rosters, front office personnel, and owners. You wanna make that trade?

It could be far, far worse. The Phillies will make the playoffs and have just as good a chance to make the WS as any other NL team. They have deficiencies, yes, but Dombrowski always puts them in a position to compete, so I’m confident he’ll make a move in an attempt to make them better. On top of that, they have an owner that is committed to winning.
