I agree but Kara has been getting players for the DMV area ever since she was hired as the HC of Duke. She has a very good track record recruiting in that area. The only two players that I can remember that we got from the DMV are TRP and NB. If she goes to Duke, I would not be surprised. I hope not but Kara has been very successful getting players from that area.

Wonder with the dook commit, how does that play with us and Fleary decision on Saturday, can’t hurt I assume.
Wow, they have the number 4 player who is a freshman this year at PG. Her name is Emily something. With her there and Bella just signed. I wonder how that will affect her decision.
Not surprised about Fleary. KL has the Sidwell School connection locked up pretty securely. The "sisterhood" stuff makes me want to gag. 
Assuming that ESPN's 2026 list is mostly updated (and that is a big assumption); here's the list of players currently in their top 30 that we have offered who have not committed anywhere yet. Please correct as needed!

I hope so too. I agree that KL has Sidwell School Locked up as a pipeline to Duke.
I think we go for Bjorn #! or maybe Trinity Jones and call it a great class.
With Elina, Reniya, Lanie and Kate H on board for next year I did not like our chances for Fleary plus Coach CB is working towards taller athlete's for the switching defense she hopes to play. JMO.

Would love to have seen Fleary come here but honestly I would prefer a good big. That may need to be a portal move.
I believe Vukosa has eliminated us. Down to 5 schools. She probably ends up at UCONN.
I’m gonna start looking at 2026 as a two-member closes.

I would love to get Bjorn and one more, but I am starting to think we may have a two-women class coming in and we might have to find someone from the portal.

I hope so too. Man, It is hard to get these recruits. If it were me, I would love to play with Kate H. I just do not understand it. Someone please explain because looking at Kate H. videos, I am like wow, how fun would it be for me to play with her.
I think Kate and Addison are buddies. I am hoping that will help but Geno and UConn are problematic and Iowa is 4.5 hours by car for her family. I have my fingers crossed.
This and I get it with UCONN and Iowa being less than 5 hours from home but playing with a friend you know would be fun also.
She also played with Makennza W. (and Lanie), too, who committed to Iowa already. But, they could possibly play similar positions which could affect time. But who knows.

Kind of a weird article. While it starts out seeming to be promising, there are Zero quotes, sources or recruiting analysis, and it reads as if UNC has not routinely landed recruits of Bjorn's caliber both recently and historically. Zero mention if just recently landing Harpring
