Fouls shots taken by Iowa and Rutgers. Talk about home court advantage! Outrageous!
Maybe Gettys should stop stomach bumping every guy that get past him. Either foul or let it go. He's not blocking the shot

Iowa played a lot of the game in zone, and we passed a lot around the perimeter looking for openings - not going to draw a lot of fouls that way. By contrast, we played an aggressive man to man defense that will draw more fouls.
Iowa also tended to commit their fouls away from the ball, which didn't lead to shots.
Foul disparity often points more to style of play than officiating bias.
There were definitely calls that I felt should have been made against Iowa that went unwhistled, but "home cooking" isn't the primary reason for the disparity.
But we had a lot of points in the paint, which usually means a decent amount of shooting fouls.
overrating talent
unrealistic expectations
And you are the only one turning against Sanders.my favorite.....
1st year players are great.
In the 2nd year 1/3 thru the season is where the fans turn.
Happened with Rosario
Happened with Biruta
Happening with Sanders
I got killed on this board with my negative comments about Rosario and Biruta.
