Portal QBs dont come to "compete," this isn't 2015....at least, not any portal Qbs penn state would want.

I think if we get anyone it’s the Cincy kid with our new ex-Cincy GM. He seems to be ranked the #2 portal qb after ASU qb. F it seems Sorsby’s GF just transferred to Tx Tech . Tech is now the favorite to land Sorsby .
I agree that if we pick up a portal guy that he’s the starter .

All true but sounds like we were willing to pay...while money always is a factor now sometimes its on the staff for not finding a way to keep them.
I'd wager he wasn't thrilled with his usage this year.
