OkST has got a good one in White. His athleticism is off the charts. Beautiful doubles and ankle picks. Kid is a problem. Incredible tournament. He beat Aaron Stewart, Jimmy mastny, and Betz in a row. Betz beat #1 Waters in the semis so White will most likely be ranked #1 next week
Sorry guys, I missed in recruiting him. White wrestles in our conference.

126 pound Final- #2 Grey Burnett vs. #1 Paul Kenny (CBA)

Period 1:
Upset #1 complete. How about one more? Burnett avoided a rabies diagnosis, so he's ready to roll! Here we go! Circling, head tapping & tying up. Kenny pushes forward a bit, then reaches for a leg, but Burnett circles away. Kenny drives forward with an underhook & takes Burnett out of bounds, neutral restart. Both wrestlers drop to one knee. Burnett goes 2 on 1. Kenny drops to a leg. They're scrambling & Kenny tries to catch Burnett on his back, but no luck. They keep scrambling, but it's a stalemate & restart. Circling & head tapping with some hand fighting to end the period. 0-0

Period 2:
Burnett takes down. He works to his feet, then rolls & gets the escape, 1-0. Out of bounds & restart. Burnett shoots. Kenny counters with a throw by. Stoppage & restart for PD. Burnett's back got tweaked & we're stopped for injury time. The trainers are working on Burnett's lower back. He's up & ready to go. Circling, hand fighting & tying up. Burnett shoots a double, drives forward & finishes the TD, 4-0. Kenny works to his feet, but Burnett takes Kenny out. Burnett gets a stall warning, restart. Kenny is still down, 59-sec left. Kenny works to his feet & gets the escape, 4-1. Circling & hand fighting. More of the same to end the period. 4-1 Burnett

Period 3:
Kenny takes down. Kenny sits out, then works to his feet. Burnett pushes him away & concedes the escape, 4-2. Circling, hand fighting & some snaps. Kenny presses forward & tries a drag, but Burnett fights him off. Burnett shoots, but can't get there. Kenny tries another drag & falls to the mat. Kenny takes Burnett to the edge. Burnett shoots, but can't finish. Burnett shoots Kenny out of bounds, restart. Tying up briefly. Kenny shoots, but can't get there. He reaches again, but no luck, 30-sec left. Kenny reaches again, then hits a head outside single. Burnett locks through the crotch. They wind up head to feet. Burnett hangs on to take the win!!! Upset #2 is complete!!! That's how we do it!!!

Grey Burnett DEC Paul Kenny 4-2

Something is not right at Oklahoma State. Don’t think they will be getting the elite recruits everyone thinks soon. Gilman and RBY pretty much said the same after leaving and coming home.

Any idea who outstanding wrestler was? Ironman is always great but this year seemed really good. So many incredible matches. Jayden vs Melvin lived up to the hype! Best hs match I’ve seen in a bit. Really fun couple days of wrestling

Bo dominated Bachman - MD with Bachman using all of his injury time, 2 or 3 stalling calls, 3 or 4 cautions, and two locking hands. He looked like he wanted to be anywhere else but on the mat with Bo.

BMc otherwise did not perform well. Losing Herring and Forrest was big but none of their guys, other than Miller & Bo, placed.
