#25 now in baseball

It's still early, but I really liked what I saw from the guys this weekend. Anyways pretty tough week of baseball coming up. Got USM Tuesday, then Polky returns Wednesday with UAB, and then a extrememly tough series against a UGA that just lost 2 out of 3 to Bama.
If we could win against USM in Pearl, UAB and take 1 in Athens, that would put us at 15-8. Not too shabby after 2 SEC weekends. I feel good about the USM game, because we're playing with some confidence and I believe that Bowen is throwing tomorrow night. I always hate playing USM. They will play the game hard and their fans will act like we're the Yankees and it's the 7th game of the World Series.
Looking at the polls I noticed that Oklahoma is 17 & 4. Hell they have played 21 games already. Seems like a lot. Mybe not. I thought that you could only play so many regular season games in a year. Maybe 59 or so? Don't know but what ever that number they are going to reach too fast.

roomate must not keep up with their baseball team much. while they aren't the second coming of the 98 yankees, they aren'te "pretty bad." i believe they're 11-5 with 3 losses to cal st. fullerton (which they got smoked in).

I personally don't know that much about them. After looking at their schedule, even tho thry haven't played many great teams, they are beating the **** out of them.

Yeah, we typically plan to pitch by committee is our biggest games.
Agree....the 60 year olds who despise Ole Miss and State despite not playing football for decades may think of this as the World Series.
In reality, it doesn't mean a damn thing when both teams have Top 10 opponents this weekend.
