Jayden James' next bout is a quarter with Uzbekistan, who is the two seed and beat the one seed in 32 seconds.
Got lucky just flipping through streams to catch JJ win 6-0 and on to the semis!
James is incredible. Think he might have just beaten the 2nd best guy in the bracket and he was never threatened. Time will tell though.
Yeah, it's pretty frustrating to follow when that's your best bet, but it genuinely is your best bet.
Still waiting to learn James' semifinal opponent but that round won't start until 10 a.m. ET, FYI.
You would think Flo would use Twitter and let people know when an American is on deck. Or even USA wrestling for that matter. And then they wonder why no one watches. SMH
USA Wrestling was pretty good I thought with that kind of communication yesterday. It's not been this morning.
I've got an event to attend until this evening, so the above is my contribution to the thread until this evening. I look forward to checking in during the day to read the updates.
I know it has been posted in different ways and in different threads, but my God. A really good kid from just 10 years ago, let alone 20 or 30, would get chewed up and spit out by a similarly really good from today. There are a lot of young guys getting really good at younger ages.

Jayden James kinda reminds me of Bo Nickal. Never panicked when he got rolled with 30 seconds left. Just kept wrestling through the position and planted that kid. He’s going to be fun to watch in Blue and White!
