This is the first time I've seen a working "Mat Center" feature on Flo. Crookham is up and the tournment has begun. Degl is up soonest, match 31.

Edited to add - a little ref in black and white stripes raises the hand of the winner. Cute.

Stanich, Lehigh, is there as well in the 141A bracket. 8 seed opposite side from Cunningham. This should get both Crookham and Stanich to 8 matches on the season. Just in time for the first coaches' ranking due out Thursday.

Crookham beats the 1 seed, LHU's O'Keefe 4-3, per flo arena Crookham scored TD3 in the 1st but took injury time in the 3rd as well as getting hit with stall warning. I'd hate to see him suffer another injury.
Unfortunately, Crookham is medically forfeiting out of the tournament. I don’t want to speculate but he’s got a pretty sizable ice pack on his knee.

Perry a fall in 10 seconds, that's pretty pretty good.

Well that's a real bummer.

I heard either Flo or BEG this past week picked Crookham to win it all. I don't think he has a full healthy season in him. Even so, I am also not convinced he is the same terror he was in that weight class as 2 years ago. Although still elite he looks like isn't fully back and with the extreme talent in that weight class I don't think he can beat at least 2 of the top 4 back to back. Even healthy he looks like a 3rd or 4th IMO.

For the record, I see a very similar story for Meyer Shapiro.

Willie picked Crookham in his recent Crystal Ball predictions.

Putting his knees in jeopardy every scramble is not a good long term plan
Jesse Delgado won a national title this way, but I get your point. Not everyone has the same flexibility. But like I said, I’m not one to speculate. Hopefully it’s just cautionary.

Thought Bundy had it with the reversal in the last 16 seconds but Rocco Dellagata reversed the reversal to win 3-2. Bundy to consi.

Edited to say BUT WAIT. They must have reviewed it and the last minute reverse reversal was not in time? Bundy to semis!
Say that 3 times, They reviewed the reverse reversal and reversed the reverse reversal.

That's a big win for King Kong Bundy. Dellagata was #30 on Willie's Big Board for 2025 and Cornell fans are pretty high on him.
