One would think but Stefanski is 2x COY. Personally I’m eh, I think he missed bad on Mayfield. No, Mayfield is not Bart Starr but he is better than what the Browns have now.

Mayfield is still bitter about it too. Did you see his comments about Stefanski being in the Bucs division now? He’s salty.
Mayfield totally on brand. I don’t necessarily like the guy and from time to time might roll my eyes at his antics but see zero fake in him.
He still has a chip on his shoulder from being underestimated at every level. It’s what motivates him. I get it. It makes him successful. The Browns gave up on him too quickly and he has resurrected himself in Tampa. After seeing this current version of him, I wish he was in black and yellow.
Didn‘t Da Bears have issues giving up big yards this season? Does WTF want a guy who coached that defense?
Many things.
I don’t follow the NFL as closely as many here, but watching Da Bears this past weekend, I recall the announcers talking about their defense giving up a lot of yards.
