One would have expected Philadelphia to have found a new OC by now.List of people withdrawing themselves from Browns consideration growing daily.
I think when they talk to Howie but not the HC anybody w any sense walks out. Just my guessOne would have expected Philadelphia to have found a new OC by now.
Steeler PR team in super spin mode today - obvious paid accounts either talking up how all in they are with McCarthy and/or mentioning how certain coaches bombed the interview (Shula especially). Steelers hired Tomlin 2.0 and are packaging it in Black and Gold nostalgia - so dumb. Art Rooney II reminds me of Cameronās dad in Ferris Bueller - āa man with priorities so out of whack doesnāt deserve anautomobilefranchise this nice.ā
Bottom line is, Payton apparently is an a hole and his ego probably is projecting their loss on someone else other than his asinine decision to go for it on 4th down rather than take easy points with a backup QB.A team that lost the AFC Championship Game in a close game with a backup QB is cleaning house on offense. Interesting.
I didnāt see the Broncos much this season. Was their offense that bad? Wasnāt Nix a hero of the earth?

Damn if those tear off phone numbers didnāt work.
It sounded like everyone took themselves out of the running.Did the Rams kid, sheelhause (sp) take himself out of the running?
Steelers?? Would love this!
Who was McCarthyās DC in Dallas? That guyās got this.
that's not likely. Dan Quinn was the DC under McCarthy for the Pokes, at least most of McCarthy's time there. I think Mike Zimmer was the DC at the end of his time. Quinn is currently the head coach of the Commanders, so he isn't taking a DC job. And Zimmer retired after the '24 season.
I thought the Steelers hired Raiders DC Patrick Graham (but maybe (hopefully) I made that up)Steelers?? Would love this!
