91 of the 106 points allowed by SWO were in their 3 non conference games. Unlikley SWO is going to shutdown SC and I don’t think SC shuts down SWO either.

Starting to think the game maybe higher scoring than I originally thought.

I respect South Columbus always had a good program. But this year SWO is a different type of monster. South Columbus wont put up 21 on SWO Defense. SC got to stop those Clydesdales.

Not likely we will shut them out, not even shut them down. They are undefeated and nobody has yet. Some close games (score wise anyway). Just want the win at this stage.

Oh, and we only gave up 90 in non conference. Never know it could be a 1 point game, it might come in handy ...... ;)

In defense of our DEFENSE ....is that a double something or other ?

After non conference games a change was made and from then on only 3 pts. were scored on the first string, and 14 on the JVs. The first series of conference East Carteret charged down to a 1st and goal. Settled for a field goal .....No matter who we played that there is some pretty good defense IMO.

Kinston vs Clinton was a tough one and I just went with Kinston because their playing at home in that terrible environment. We went there a few years back and a girl kicked a fg to beat us lol. That place was a dump, even worse than Washington and Bertie's fields.

I watched the highlights of the swo vs Bertie game someone posted and I have to say I’m not concerned if our boys meet swo later in the playoffs.

No need to be concerned Bertie was trash. The video showed how Swo can put the ball in anyones hands in win. Our 2,000 yd rb didn't touch the ball once. 2 scores was by jv kids. Nobody in 2a bracket can stop SWO offense. Big Line +Big Backs. I am gonna tell you right now. This close game talk is just talk SW 35 vs SC 14

You're correct. Nothing to be concerned with over here. As the video shows we are all orange smoke and no fire. Have a large fan ready and once the smoke is cleared nothing to worry about.

Well if nhs and swo both advance to meet we will see...honestly yes we know about the one kid who didn’t play but honestly that’s not a concern either for our defense. But as I said, we will see if it comes to that.

Oh..Gotcha! Yes I think swo got lots to worry about before they get to us. Lol. I just bring us playing them up because of all the negativity we get from superfan lol.

Same here, I want them to advance. Sorry Dogs you have to understand. It's just personal in regards to the 1 SWO fan, not the others. We have to make a statement, and I personally talked with Coach Moore after the game Friday night and asked him for a huge favor if we got a shot against Southwest Onslow in the playoffs
