The current play reflects the ranking for us. But I still believe we are a top 5 1A team. For me I'll do a top 5
1 RH (King until proven otherwise )
2 Sussex
3 Essex
4 Galax
5 GW, Chilhowie, Narrows 3 way tie until someone steps out
And the only reason I don't have Narrows here alone is because of who they've played. If they give Giles a game then they are all alone at 5.

What do you think of grundy this year? No one has said much about them. they beat a decent Lebanon team, and lost to two 2a schools. I am not familiar with their play in recent years

According to some Central Fans they need to mow the Grass. I will wait until they get that John Deere running to make give an opinion. Just kidding, they must be much improved.

3. William Campbell ( Sneaky watch out) Qb something special
4. Gw ( Pressure cooker ) still dangerous
5. Essex ( Northumberland may pull upset)

It is Riverheads with only one s and it belongs at the end of the word.

By the way, and possibly even some Riverheads people will not know this themselves but that name goes back well over a hundred years. I had always thought it was a name that someone came up when the school was built in the 60s and I had no idea what it meant or where it came from.

But once I was researching a piece of property in the courthouse and the name Riverheads was in the legal description from way back in the very early 1900s. I still don't know what it means but I know it is old!
