This does not look like a Langsford game to me at all. Totally different feel to it. Anyone think MR might have pulled his playcalling duties?

Doesn't really matter now, but Rutgers got away with one on first down is that last drive. QB threw ball away, ball didn't cross LOS, that's automatic grounding regardless of a receiver being in the area. Not shocked the refs don't know the rule, they're pretty clueless 80% of the time, but still crap.

Let it go,this anti Tommy crap is getting old,he is are best QB and he has alot of heart and fire, unless any of you have eligibility left, shut up!

Sorry buddy, but on this board everyone can voice their opinion. It is undeniable that Tommy has looked at least as bad today as Fyfe did against Purdue. The Purdue game was Fyfe's first start ever and Rutger's defense is even worse than Purdue's. In the Purdue game, the playbook was much bigger with all the short passes available. Fyfe throws incredible short passes. Tommy....not so much. If the defense had to respect the pass more, it would really open up the run. Is Tommy better right this instant.....possibly, but he has reached his ceiling and Fyfe could get much better with experience. All of this will be a moot point, as O'Brien becomes the starter in about 50 days.

Fyfe wasn't allowed to come in even to hand the ball off. Your last point is doubtful as well.

Solid win, D played well much better then many games. Tommy a few bad plays but coache seem to be getting a rhythm. We will beat Iowa

I love the optimism, but if we play equally to the way we did today, we lose by 14+. The beginning of the game today was pointing to at least a 49-7 win against a terrible team that was ready to lay down, like they have the last three weeks.
