I hate to say it, but this is a poorly coached team. Our offensive line has some pretty decent athletes on it. So why can they not block for ****? Our linebackers are fast and athletic, but Banker or Bray have them playing way out of position taking bad angles. And our new rugby style tackling looks more like flag football tackling. Special teams?? Hahahahaha!!!! Snort. Hahahaha!!!! F$ck.

I have supported Riley all year. But guess what? Pelini is gone and has been for two years now. We have enough talent across the board that with proper coaching we should not be getting blown out by Iowa. OSU I could swallow hard and accept. But this?

Starting 3 walk ons OL would suggest we have terrible athletes on OL.

Sigh, well Iowa is just the better team today. '

Yeah I wonder about that. Is Tommy making that decision to throw long or is it designed to be a long pass? If Tommy is making that decision, I blame the coaches for even allowing him the ability TO make that decision.

Are you asking a serious question on the pass routes? There are underneath routes nearly every play and generally someone is open. finding them is not a srength of Tommy's. that's called pointing out the obvious.

Wow, I think everybody needs to chill out here. Nobody's getting fired--these are MR's guys. It just is what it is folks. 9-3 is a good season (assuming we lose today) and people need to temper expectations. GBR

Great catch wipes out Tommy missing the open receiver on the previous play again.

But I'm sure Langsdorf drew up the play for the quarterback to ignore Westerkamp open in the endzone. FIRE LANGSDORF

Don't mind losing. Iowa is a good team. But getting blown out and looking like keystone cops against Iowa is unacceptable.
NOT calling for Riley to be fired. No way. But this is awful

Said as soon as he said he was bringing staff and Oregon state people stated how terrible Banker was--- that answer your question?
So, you said it before you had any clue whether what you were saying was true but there was a narrative out there and you wanted to make sure to advance it. Got it.

9 and 3 wasn't good enough two year ago because it was year 7 of the staff coaching. In year 2 of recovering from abysmal roster management and poor recruiting it is. But really keep trolling.

So you feel Riley doesn't need to make ANY changes to make Nebraska a better team?

One thing this season has shown me, there isn't much of a 2 deep. When hurting starters are still better than the second string, you have issues

Did I say that, I don't recall saying that. Banker's defense has been good all year and has been hurt today by poor tackling which isn't always the coaches problem. They can't tackle for the kids.

Do I think special teams is good enough to have a paid coach for it. Nope.

Nope- you don't got it. Stated if he refused to make changes if they dont excel he didn't have Nebraska's best interest at heart- only his buds- got it now?
