Creme's most recent update has us with a slight drop to 6 Seed playing Gonzaga in Tempe with the winner facing the 3 seed Arizona St.

He has bumped Maryland to a 1 Seed along with ND, UConn and SC (despite the loss to Kentucky).

Arizona is warmer than NJ

To win a region as a six seed you might really have to earn it.
By winning your first game you likely get at shot at the three seed,.
Win that and likely waiting for you is the 2 seed.
Win that game and you may finally get the one seed in the regional final..
