There goes my motivation for a serious cardio exercise program.... na, i didn't have any motivation anyway.
In all seriousness though, that is terrible. I'm curious to know what actually killed them b/c it sure as hell wasn't the heat. They were all men ages 26, 36, and 65. I wonder if it was flat out exhaustion or heart attacks?
