That's how many miles from Oxford to Omaha.

They also need to keep the gay dugout dances up. It's very enjoyable to see the Rebels choke another super regional away as old men and women do the same dances in the stands that the players are doing. Cohen wouldn't have that crap going on in his dugout.

and has been in the game twice in the past 3 years.

Ole Miss isn't EVEN the Ohio State of baseball.

They are worse than that.

I mean your down..in the third game of an elimination game with Omaha on the line... And your dancing in the dugout in the 5th? My old little leauge coach wouldn't have stood for that. Not to mention jr and high school.

I saw a shirt hanging up that said CWS 200 feet. Anyone know what that was about?
I think OM should keep hanging those jerseys like that. It's a good idea.

but what was the twisting of the hats in the dugout? Is that something all college kids are doing or is that just OM? Looked dumb as hell.

And I don't know how you missed them talking about it. Those damn announcers talked about the same things for three straight days.

As for the shirt, it was another cheesy Bianco motivational thing supposed to remind them not to look too far ahead.

I don't pay attention to those dip *****. I may have had a game on the computer on espn360 at the same time. Maybe I got burnt and just missed it.

I can be very superstitious.

When MSU was playing UM, I turn the game on (or should I say the softball game ended) and BAM! Henson hits a home run.

I go to work on Fri. Watching live stats while riding the clock. Virginia is leading the whole time. I get home and turn on ESPN(2) and BAM! Smith hits a walk-off home run.

I vow not to leave work while the UM SR is going on, much less watch it on TV.

Fortunately,I had to work this weekend. Sat game at 11- no problem game was over for an hour by the time I was done. Virginia wins.

Today was a little more tricky. I work from 8-4:30. Game is at 2. Let's just say, I got a LOT of work done in the extra hour I was at work. But I pulled it out. Even more sad, I'm still clocked in, and I'm going to tell them I forgot to clock out. Just to make sure.

In all my years of watching baseball, you don't screw with superstition. At least I shaved and changed my underwear. And no gold thongs like the Yankees last year.

The best thing about my superstition is I got to miss the "dancing" so someone will have to explain it to me.
