I hate Warner, but how good is that clown?

Top 15 of all time? Higher? Two MVP's, a Super Bowl MVP...32k yards passing.

but I think anybody that denies him the HOF is crazy. His career doesn't have the longevity of others, but it has definitely made an impact in his time in the league.

I dont hat ethe guy, but i dont particularly like hiim either. He's just some guy that is always on a team I could care less about. But to deny how spectacular his career has been would be insane. The guy has been incredible regardless of age at every stop he's made.

There are 3 QB's playing now that are higher on the list.

Peyton Manning
Tom Brady
Brett Favre

Then you have Marino, Elway, Young, etc. before you even start talking about the old guard - Sammy Baugh, Unitas, Starr, O. Graham, Staubach, etc.

It think he deserves Top 15, but Top 5 is a stretch. I would put him above Montana, FWIW.

but in a game that matters I'll take Warner over Favre all day long. I know what I'm going to get from him and I know he's not going to kill me with stupid INTs

Warner > Brett Farve

How can you not like Warner? He came up from arena leagues, Canadian Football, grocery stores in Iowa, he married a woman with a Down Syndrom child from another man..

The guy is winner..

makes his stats better. I'd still take Favre any day over him and I happen to like both of them.

Kurt Warner - 10-3 in 12 years
Brett Favre - 12-10 in 19 years

I think I'd take Warner any day.

Mike Martz tried to get him killed in St. Louis.. for some reason he refused to use Marshall Faulk the last couple of years. The Giants wanted Eli to be their QB. And up until recently the Cards' OL was trash. Meanwhile Favre was crapping the bed in playoff games the whole time.
