It starts with the parenting and then the coach. If the schools and league don’t hold the players accountable this will only get worse. No tolerance rule. You fight your off the team! No excuses and I don’t care if you take a punch in the face. Be the bigger smarter person, let the other moron get thrown off the team.
This is the only way you stop this stupidity.

IHSA Basketball has no rules it seems so why start now? Kids transfer at will, AAU runs the programs, IHSA turns a blind eye but NOW we discipline?

I agree. I just hope it's a real 'start.' I'm really dejected with how IHSA handles hoops.
