How many teams make playoffs from 3/a west. I am not asking thinking the flucos are going to make it. Just curious, this is a new landscape.

I think the top 4, Magna Vista, northside, western albermarle and I think Brookville will be in the mix. Northside has struggled last 2 weeks, but I believe they get it together, its still early. We will see what MV is made out of this week as they travel to Jefferson Forest. They were a little sloppy against Dan river, but still managed 511 yards rushing. I think all these 4 teams will get better each game.
I agree with Rod, I was all in for Western Albemarle until this week. The past couple of champions don't seem as inevitable as they do in the other classes.

Waynesboro got blown out this week by Staunton River, with their best player getting injured in the 1st quarter. If he is out for a long period of time, Waynesboro runs the risk of not making the playoffs, and I know they had high expectations this year, after their run last year.
Staunton River should make the playoffs this year for the first time in a while. I don't think they're top 4, but might be close to that top 8 line for a 1st round home game.
