Help needed,

I’m 46 and not truly up to date on good Third down songs. I’ve been asked to DJ our high school games. I know UK uses Metallica, -For Whom the Bell Tolls. You guys have any other cool ideas?

This is a team moral booster as well. The kids feel included and like what they want matters. Coming from a kid that used to get to vote on things like this. Small things like this go farrrrr in the locker room.

3rd down for what is Tennessee, that’s a hard pass. I like the Pantera idea though.

Ignore the hilarious 80s video, but read a couple of the comments that are pretty funny on their own

It’s for Corbin games. I’m sure Stoops and staff will be at all of them due to the twins. I’m gonna push a UK theme and maybe we’ll get lucky and they will be cats instead of wolverines

Excellent suggestion. Play something the kids want to hear. It's my biggest complaint about UKs music. Acdc songs etc were out well before these kids were born.

I prefer we use the band more rather than piped-in DJ tunes, but if you're going to go from the tape...."O Fortuna" is pretty ominous...The appropriate portion is at 1:54 into the piece.

My last semester during halftime the announcer went ‘and now a special shout out to the student section!!!!’ And they played ‘welcome to the black parade’ by my chemical romance. That song is ***. It’s even assier when performed by a marching band.
